• Patched 2 security vulnerabilities -- payment amount tampering exploit (WPScan-reported, CVSS-validated) and a SureForms Pro RCE -- shipped with full backward compatibility
• Reviewed 15+ PRs as lead developer across sureforms, sureforms-pro, and suredonation
• Set up CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and an i18n workflow for SureForms Pro
• Built Gutenberg blocks from scratch (Dropdown, Multi Choice, Rating) and enhanced accessibility (WCAG-compliant)
• Implemented unit and E2E test suites across PHP and frontend modules
• Achieved Plugin Check compliance, cleaned backlog (15 redundant cards closed), and led developer docs audit

In my role as a Support Engineer at Brainstorm Force, I provided comprehensive technical support for flagship products like Astra and Astra Pro. I managed a variety of support tickets—from VIP and Priority to Free—assisting over 3200 users during my tenure.
