At Brainstorm Force, I develop and scale SureForms, a Gutenberg (React)-based form builder that powers 500,000+ websites, and SureDonation, its donation plugin. Highlights:

• Run the SureForms release train: shipped 9 releases (2.11.1 → 2.12.7) across the free and Pro plugins, the last four on a weekly cadence in Aug–Sep 2026
• Fixed and publicly disclosed 5 security vulnerabilities — payment amount bypass (WPScan), account takeover via user registration (CVE-2026-14806), entity-encoded stored XSS (CVE-2026-18406), payment smart-tag IDOR (Patchstack) and a reflected DOM XSS (Patchstack, CVSS 7.1)
• Built the SureDonation Pro integrations layer — Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Kit and MailerLite — with a REST API, connect UI, form-level workflows and conditional logic
• Reviewed 1,000+ PRs as lead developer across sureforms, sureforms-pro, suredonation and suredonation-pro; 1,200+ merged PRs of my own
• Shipped submission diagnostics for SureForms: detailed failure reasons, a downloadable failure log, one-click entries-table repair, and Views & Conversion Rate columns in the Forms table
• Fixed SureForms for the WordPress 7.1 iframed block editor and replaced deprecated React patterns ahead of the core release
• Built an AI Form Builder, Gutenberg blocks from scratch (Dropdown, Multi Choice, Rating), WCAG-compliant UI, and unit/E2E suites with GitHub Actions CI/CD

In my role as a Support Engineer at Brainstorm Force, I provided comprehensive technical support for flagship products like Astra and Astra Pro. I managed a variety of support tickets—from VIP and Priority to Free—assisting over 3200 users during my tenure. I focused on troubleshooting technical issues, offering custom PHP and CSS code solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, as reflected by consistently positive feedback from users.
